Please be aware that returned items are never resold to another customer and, as a result, represent a loss to us. Please choose our exquisite artisanal products thoughtfully, as they are tailored especially for you. If any challenges arise, our dedicated artisans at 'aadyahome' will make every effort to resolve them.

  • Return/Replacement Request Process:

    Thank you for choosing 'aadyahome.' Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want to make your return experience hassle-free. Please carefully review our return policy before initiating a return request:

    • Replacement must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.
    • For damaged or missing item returns, please raise your concern within 12 hours of delivery. Promptly reporting damaged or missing items within 12 hours of delivery allows us to swiftly address the issue with our delivery partners and ensure a timely resolution. Addressing any damage issues during unboxing is crucial, as it helps us identify and resolve potential problems early, ensuring your satisfaction with our products.

    When initiating a return/replacement request, please provide the following information in your email:

    1. An unboxing video of the product, along with images. This video is essential for addressing concerns with our delivery partners.
    2. The reason for your refund/replacement request.
  • Conditions for Returns:

    The item must not have been used.

    The product should be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, and labels intact.

    If there is any damaged/missing item in the product on arrival, please send the unboxing video with damage proof within 12 hours of delivery at handmade@aadyahome.com since it needs to be escalated with respective delivery partners.

    • If you are returning the item due to a dislike of its design, please understand that design preferences are subjective. We will consider such requests on a case-by-case basis for replacement options matching the product's invoice value or up to the value of Rs 5999. The customer is responsible for bearing the shipping charges for return shipments related to design preference issues.
    • The item must be in unused and undamaged condition. Any signs of wear, tear, or alterations will result in the return being rejected.
    • If you are requesting a replacement due to a design change, please note that refunds are not available for design changes. We only offer the option for one replacement.

    It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all return conditions are met before initiating a return. Failure to adhere to these conditions may result in a delay or rejection of the return.

  • Return Inspection:

    Once we receive the returned goods, our team will inspect them for any damage. Depending on the inspection results:

    • If the customer wants to replace the product due to a design change, the product must be sent to us. Upon receipt, we will inspect for any damages or wear and tear. If any damage will found we will not able to provide a replacement. Please note, for design changes, logistical expenses incurred during the return process will be the customer's responsibility.
    • If there is any damage to the received product, raised by customer within 12 hours of delivery adhering to all return conditions, we will raise the issue with the logistics partner and send a replacement of the same design.
